What Scares Google?

We’ve been writing regularly about the strength of Google, and the impact of Facebook over the last several months and I came across an article by Chris Dannon of BNET.

Interestingly enough, previous blogs have referred to the conflicts facing Google and similarly Facebook. According to Dannon Google is facing a number of issues and has the number of reasons limited to four. So here they are;

Us, you, me everybody, is Google losing favour with the consumer?

• The Department of Justice, after all, there are big antitrust issues in the US
• China, losing this market is a disaster of epic proportions
• Facebook, looks like they’ve already lost this battle

I guess of point of this article is for all of us to remember, the bigger they are, the harder they fall. General Motors can attest to this. Will Google survive? Absolutely, but then again, where have Microsoft, Yahoo, and MySpace all gone?
