To honor educators, generate authentic community storytelling, and strengthen TOMS’ brand connection through meaningful engagement, TOMS conducted the Teacher Appreciation Program, a nomination-based contest that ran for approximately one month from October 5 (World Teachers’ Day) through October 30. The program invited teachers to nominate themselves or be nominated by others by submitting a photo and short narrative describing how they inspire, uplift, and lead with purpose. Approved submissions were featured in a moderated public gallery where visitors could search, filter, and vote daily for their favorite entries.
