1. Agreement
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the Silversea Spring Cruise Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored by Silversea Cruises Ltd. (the “Sponsor”). By participating in the Giveaway, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, do not enter the Giveaway.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and the United Kingdom who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“entrant”, or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Giveaway (collectively, the “Giveaway Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws in the United States and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Kingdom. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on May 28, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.
4. How to Enter
To participate, you must have a valid Instagram or Facebook account in good standing during the Giveaway Period.
To enter on Instagram, log in to your Instagram account and follow Silversea (https://www.instagram.com/silversea) on Instagram. Navigate to an official Giveaway post published by @Silversea, like the post and tag one (1) friend in the comments section of the post.
To enter on Facebook, log in to your Facebook account and follow Silversea on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/silversea/). Navigate to an official Giveaway post published by @Silversea, like the post and tag one (1) friend in the comments section of the post.
Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple comments or tags by the same person will not result in additional entries. By entering the Giveaway, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://www.silversea.com/privacy-policy.html).
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. Do not tag individuals without their consent and do not encourage the tagging of individuals who are not personally known to you.
5. Prize/Approximate Retail Value/Odds
Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a ten (10) night Mediterranean cruise for the winner and one (1) guest aboard the Silver Ray, departing from and returning to Barcelona, Spain, scheduled for November 8, 2026 through November 18, 2026.
In the event the scheduled sailing is unavailable for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a substantially similar sailing of equal or greater value, subject to availability, and any such substitution will not materially diminish the value or nature of the prize.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $10,800.00 USD. Actual value may vary depending on the date of booking and currency fluctuations.
The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Prize Conditions:
Travel for winner and their guest shall be booked by Sponsor following verification of the winner. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and other restrictions. No deviations to travel arrangements are permitted, except as reasonably determined by Sponsor.
As a condition of acceptance of the prize, winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), and, if the winner is a resident of the United States, an IRS Form W-9. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification. Winner’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of signing the required Liability and Publicity Releases in order to travel with the winner as part of the Grand Prize.
Winner and their guest must travel on the same itinerary and must each possess all required valid passports and visas (in accordance with applicable laws) at the time of departure and continuing through return to the country of origin. If the winner does not have the required valid passport(s) and/or visa(s) at the time of departure, neither the winner nor the guest will be permitted to travel, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety, and no substitution or compensation will be provided. If the winner possesses the required valid passport(s) and/or visa(s), but the guest does not, the winner may travel unaccompanied; however, the winner will not be permitted to designate a substitute guest. In accepting a prize, winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, county, local and all other taxes (including income and withholding) on the prize and for any costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of the prize, including, without limitation, surcharges, service charges, insurance, valid travel documentation, passports, medical/health expenses, excess baggage fees, communication charges, any food and beverages not included within the standard cruise offering, and all other personal expenses and incidentals.
Winner and their guest must abide by all Sponsor’s policies and terms and conditions, and comply with the Silversea Guest Terms and Conditions, available at: https://www.silversea.com/guest-terms. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke full or partial prizes from any winner or guest who it reasonably believes may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any policy or law, or may bring the Sponsor into disrepute.
All details and other restrictions of the prize not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor. Actual value may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Prize ARV represents Sponsor’s good faith determination and is final and binding, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, altered, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond its reasonable control. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein or where required by applicable law.or exchanged for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion due to prize unavailability for any reason and then only for a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about June 4, 2026 the Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select one (1) potential winner. The Sponsor will notify the potential winner by direct message to the Instagram or Facebook account used to enter the Giveaway within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing.
The potential winner must respond to the Sponsor’s direct message within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and provide a valid email address. Once a valid email address is provided, a representative of the Administrator will contact the potential winner by email, and the potential winner must also respond to that email within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
If any potential winner does not respond to both the Sponsor’s direct message and the Administrator’s email within the required time periods, fails to provide a valid email address, declines the prize, cannot be reached, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and forfeit all rights to the prize. In such event, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries, subject to the same process.
No one is a winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms them as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
Before being confirmed as the winner (the “Winner”), the potential winner will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of the request, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability Release form (the “Release”) which:
i. Confirms the potential winner’s eligibility for the Giveaway, compliance with these Official Rules, and acceptance of the prize; and
ii. Releases the Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their employees, directors, officers, suppliers, agents, administrators, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in the Giveaway, participation in any Giveaway-related activity or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to costs, injuries, or losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, to the extent permitted by law, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom.
In addition, if the potential winner is a resident of the United States, they will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of the request, an IRS Form W-9 (“W-9”), which will require the potential winner to disclose personal information including their Social Security Number. Sponsor will only use information from the W-9 to fulfill its tax obligations in connection with this Giveaway and for no other purpose.
The verified winner will also be subject to the publicity provisions set out in Section 7 of these Official Rules.
If the required documentation is not provided within the specified time period, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
7. Publicity
For residents of the United States, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name, last name, Instagram or Facebook username (as applicable), city and state of residence, and prize won for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
For residents of the United Kingdom, the Sponsor may publish or make available the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. The winner may object to this or request that the amount of information published be reduced by contacting the Sponsor. In such circumstances, the Sponsor may still be required to provide the information to regulatory authorities upon request.
The winner may be invited to participate in additional publicity, including providing a testimonial, photograph, or other content. Participation is voluntary. If the winner chooses to participate, they grant the Sponsor permission to use such content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, notification or permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant, to the extent permitted by applicable law, releases and holds harmless the Releasees from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage or death (including, without limitation, any related costs and liabilities), arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Giveaway or use/misuse or redemption of a prize.
FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extends to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:
California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.
9. General
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Giveaway materials (including, but not limited to, advertising, promotional, or marketing materials) and these Official Rules, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules shall govern and prevail. Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules, and its decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. The Releasees are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected or damaged entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by law.
By participating in the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it reasonably believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to any causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and, if terminated, to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the time of termination.
10. Disputes
For residents of the United States: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Florida, U.S.A.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida.
To the extent permitted by law, the remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorneys’ fees or other related costs of bringing a claim.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE GIVEAWAY.
For residents of the United Kingdom: These Official Rules and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in the courts of their country of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude any rights that entrants may have under applicable law, including consumer protection laws.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.silversea.com/privacy-policy.html.
In addition, any personal information that you provide may be used in connection with the Giveaway as necessary to administer, manage and operate the Giveaway (including coordinating and fulfilling the prize and, where applicable, publishing or making available a list of winners as described in these Official Rules) and otherwise as permitted in the Privacy Policy referred to above.
Personal information collected will be stored on servers located in the United States and may be accessible to U.S. law enforcement, courts and other governmental institutions pursuant to the laws of the United States. By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
12. Winner List Requests

All requests must be received by August 31, 2026 at 2:59:59 PM ET. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
For residents of the United Kingdom, the Sponsor will make available the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Requests for this information may be submitted using the contact details above.
